Beef with us is easy.

We will begin to accept deposits for a whole or half beef in June of each year. If you are interested, contact me and I will put you on our waiting list. Otherwise, calves are first come first serve and they go fast!

Our beef calves are brought to SunnySide Meats for processing at 18 months (usually in September or October). We deliver to processing. You pay SunnySide meats for harvest and choose your cuts. Then, you pay us $3 per pound hanging weight.
